The Goal: 20 LBS in 90 days :)
I stepped on the scale last friday to find the it read 125lbs! That is 11 less then when I DELIVERED Kylie! Not acceptable! Yesterday, October 18th I started my diet and work out plan to loose 20 lbs. It's going pretty well. I am pacing myself so I have not stepped back onto the scale yet. I know I can do this if I can just stay motivated! Here's to 20 lbs in 90 days!

Food for thought...
So I saw a different version of this YUMMO recipe at work on Saturday and just had to put my twist on it. As so many of you know, I hardly ever just make a recipe the way it calls for. It's sweet, savory and has a little kick to it. The best part of this is that it was on the table in about 30 minutes! I must give credit where credit is due: Campbell's originally wrote this recipe...
1 lbs ground beef or turkey
1 can tomatoes soup (regular or reduced fat is perfect)
1 onion chopped
3 cloves of garlic minced
a few splashes of Worcestershire sauce
a few splashes of your FAV hot sauce
garlic powder, ground coriander, salt, chili powder (as much or as little as you like)
water (to thin the sauce a bit)
shredded cheddar (or whatever you have)
1 lbs of pasta (I used shells I think anything with a twist or ridges to hold the sauce would work great)
Start a pot of water and bring it to a boil
Cook according to package directions
Brown the meat in a pan, drain any fat
add the onions and garlic and cook under tender
add all of the other ingredients EXCEPT cheese and let the flavors mix on low heat until the pasta is ready
stir in the cheese until it is melted
Serve over the cooked pasta!
Give me your feedback and if everyone likes this I'll post the good ones I make more regularly.

Two years is a long time...
I can't believe that it has been two years since I have been on here! So much has happened. I am going to school full time at Stevens- Henager and I will graduate with my BS in Healthcare Administration in 2012. I'm still working for UFCU I think I have been in three different branches since the last time that I blogged.... Tyler is still working for OP and it's still OP :) He is an amazing person! With out him I wouldn't be able to go to school and he knows how important that it is to me and makes so many sacrifices so that our futures can be better. Emma is now in first grade and doing FANTASTIC! She is so smart and beautiful, I can't believe that my baby girl is SIX years old! Kylie is four and she is in full gear! This little girl has Tyler's DNA running wild inside of her lol. She is smart and funny but good lord does she have an attitude! I have to admit though, without it our house would almost be boring!
The last 24 months have been full of so many struggles and sucesses. I am proud to be here and proud of my family. My hope is to keep blogging.... lets see where this takes us...
